With wonderful meals and a cosy family atmosphere, the Silver Brumby has long had a reputation for fine food in ambient surroundings. Enjoy a large cooked breakfast and sumptuous/exceptional 3 course meal in our dining room before adjourning to the intimate atmosphere of the lounge room to unwind beside one of the open stone fireplaces.
During winter and all of the summer school holiday periods the tariff includes a hearty cooked breakfast plus a three courses meal for adults. For the smaller ones there is a two course child friendly version at an earlier hour. Special dietary needs are happily catered for. During the summer months (excluding all school holiday periods) a ‘bed and breakfast’ tariff applies allowing you the opportunity to explore Thredbo’s restaurants or to take advantage of the in-house cooking facilities or BBQ on the deck.
